Founded in 2015 by Dean Kalviskis & Frank Celotti, CD3 Group PTY LTD is a family owned and operated business specialising in residential and commercial construction projects

45 years of combined construction experience has enabled them to build strong relationships and a quality reputation within the industry by always delivering from concept through to completion. Dean and Frank’s partnership represents the coming together of old & new school building methodology’s with a customer focus attitude.

CD3 Group is a bespoke construction company with a wealth of experience and expertise in major fit out, commercial, retail & residential projects who pride themselves in offering a complete service in a highly professional manner.

CD3 Group‘s aim is to provide their clients with a superior service using progressive techniques that engages all stakeholders in a collaborative roach to ensure projects are delivered both on-time and on-budget.

Our services

Understanding our clients project expectations and requirements is key. We strongly believe in integrity and apply it across every facet of our work, starting at the design stage. With a wealth of experience & a extensive network CD3 Group collaborate with the industry’s best. We take the time to understand & educate clients, keep them involved and work in with them through all aspects of design process from cost planning, concept design, interior & new build designs, furniture & workstation procurement and finer fixtures & finishes selections.
Specialising in major fit out, commercial, retail & residential construction our driven team will seamlessly complete the transition from design to construction ensuring each project is well planned, managed and executed keeping our clients informed at every stage of the process. CD3 Group prides ourselves on creating the reality of our client’s vision and will ensure it is delivered in a timely cost-effective manner, to the highest possible standard and quality.
At CD3 Group we believe you are only as good as your last project and we take this approach into to every project delivery. From the buildings we create, to the people we hire and, most importantly, the service we offer, CD3 Group stands for quality and accountability that is why we strive for excellence at the delivery stage and long after construction has been completed. This mentality ensures the continual growth and development of our business whilst maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
We understand not all clients are in the position to engage CD3 Group as their nominated building contractor. As such we offer third party / independent building inspections & advice. These services range from pre-purchase inspections, new build process reports, project hand over / defects inspections and general building advice. All inspections are conducted by qualified, registered builders & practitioners (DB-U & CB-L) and are accompanied by written report, project images and references to building codes and standards relevant to the defects or incomplete works raised. This gives comfort to clients on what is being proposed or delivered is up to current industry standards

Our Leaders

Dean
Kalviskis

Dean has developed a vast array of practical and technical experience since starting his days as a carpenter back in the 2001. He has compiled a large body of work delivering many complex new builds and refurbishments crafting and harnessing his skills working in all aspects of project delivery with multiple Tier 1 & 2 builders.

Dean’s passion is building and he takes a hands on approach into each project. He brings a wealth of knowledge & strategic experience to his role as Construction Director as well as ensuring each project is administered in accordance with our stringent internal management systems.

Frank
Celotti

Frank started his career in the construction industry in the 70’s after completing a bricklaying apprenticeship. Over the years he progressed through to owner/director of his own family run building company where he forged a repetition of delivering quality high end commercial and residential projects. Frank is highly regarded for his broad and unmatched industry experience having also spent time working in China.

Frank is the friendly face you will see onsite working in his role as Construction Supervisor. He provides onsite leadership and ensures that all subcontractors work in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner the to highest possible standard.
