Office and Storage Facility

The construction of a new 250m2 multipurpose office & storage facility for Spec Property. Works included removal of existing car park, installation on new reinforced slab, fire rated prefab SBS metal wall system, internal plaster board walls, DDA compliant toilet and new asphalt car park. This project was completed in just 2 months and handed over 1 month ahead of programme
