Having been previously a Not Quite Right retail store for the past 10 years CD3 Group were engaged to complete the upgrade of this 840m2 tenancy in preparation for its new tenant.

Scope of works include; full strip out, installation of all new below & above ground services, switchboard upgrade to current standard, zoned mechanical system, male, female & disabled amenities, walls lining, ceiling grid & tiles, auto doors, carpet & finishes.
