Apartment Conversion

This project involved the design, coordination and conversion of two existing apartments into one large high end family home. Working within the confines of a operating 7 level 220no. apartment building the CD3 team expertly delivered this project in 3 months which included stripping back both apartments to base structure and constructing 4 new bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 powder room, kitchen, living and dinning area
